PROGRAMME

When you manage a team, the logistics of training them can be a challenge. To make this easy, our trainers can come to you with tailored in-house training to suit your needs.

This workshop is designed to introduce self-awareness and self-management as the foundation of effective leadership. Furthermore, it will explore differences in others and the ability to adapt to meet the needs of others, as critical skills to developing and maintaining successful relationships. At the end of this workshop participants will know more about themselves and their preferences and will be able to recognise and appreciate differences in others.

Our Aspiring to Lead Programme consists of two foundation level workshops, each containing six subject modules. These learning modules are designed to develop a basic level of core management and leadership skills for employees new to leading and managing others.

DAY ONE: UNDERSTANDING MYSELF AND OTHERS

A stand-alone workshop that links the other two workshops. This workshop is designed to develop an awareness of how effective teams work together and the behaviours required to build a high performing team.

HOW IT WORKS

Our leadership development offering consists of two leadership programmes: Aspiring to Lead and Learning to Lead. There are a total of 24 building block modules. Each leadership programme has 12 standalone modules that are designed to build your leadership and management capability in a clear and structured environment.

Who should I send on each programme?
Our Aspiring to Lead programme is designed for employees who are aspiring to take the next step into a leadership position or who are new to leading and managing others. 

How many people can I register for the programme?  
To ensure we have sufficient places on each programme for a variety of organisation, we will only be able to accept up to 3 people from one organisation on each programme. As each programme has been designed with flexibility and the needs of your business in mind, our trainers offer custom training solutions that can be taught in-house or at a venue that is convenient to you.
